What to Expect Before and During Treatment
Drink at least 2 L of water the day before treatment.
Do not drink alcohol day of treatment or 2-3 days after treatment
Sessions are 1 hour long and each treatment area will take 20 minutes. Each session contains 2 small areas or one larger area. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork.
After Treatment
You are able to return to normal activities after treatment
It is very important to maintain hydration levels after treatment. Please drink plenty of water after treatment as well as the next few days. it is also great to do some light exercise or walking after treatment.
It is important to refrain from alcohol at least 48 hours after treatment or it can reduce results.
